All sessions are approximately 55 min long and any necessary equipment will be provided.
Prices listed include GST, policy and pricing subject to change. All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All sessions are to be paid for in advance. I prefer email $ transfer but also accept Cash, Cheques, Visa or M/C.
Remember I have reserved this appointment time for you alone. In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please contact me by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not hear from you within that time-frame, you will be charged for your session.
In the instance of semi-private contracts, you are agreeing with your partner to share the cost of the studio time. If one participant cannot make it the remaining partner pays for the session at the private rate, as they are in fact receiving a private lesson.
Comfortable and form fitting workout clothes allow me to better assess posture and movement. In the interest of hygiene no outdoor footwear is permitted inside the studio- Socks or bare feet only please.
Some clients are fragrance sensitive, so please refrain from using heavy fragrances, lotions or hairspray in the studio.
Out of respect cell phone ringers should be turned off or set to "vibrate" upon entering the studio.
